I like the Nut free dairy free bread for sandwiches (my kids school

is nut free so the that is their only Bread option). It holds

together very well, is great for sandwiches, grilled cheese etc.)

There are small cans of dole pineapple juice, Tropicana makes some

drink boxes with their pure premium OJ, but the problem with these

are they are not diluted. At the start of the diet all juice should

be diluted half with water. I put legal juice in rubbermaid juice

bottles. I fill half with juice and then add ice cubes to top it

off. Helps keep it nice and cold.
