I like the Nut free dairy free bread for sandwiches (my kids school is nut free so the that is their only Bread option). It holds together very well, is great for sandwiches, grilled cheese etc.) You can find it at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/files/ > 2) Are there any acceptable milk box/juice box options? There are small cans of dole pineapple juice, Tropicana makes some drink boxes with their pure premium OJ, but the problem with these are they are not diluted. At the start of the diet all juice should be diluted half with water. I put legal juice in rubbermaid juice bottles. I fill half with juice and then add ice cubes to top it off. Helps keep it nice and cold. Sheila, SCD 61 mos, UC 22yrs mom of E and D
