Wow!

That is GREAT news!! I have BCBS of Minnesota, and I have really been

sweating as I wait to hear from them. I hope mine will be approved soon,

sent my packet today!

the code you are talking about. Which is gastro-intestinal surgery

laproscopic. My fax nunber is . I am so happy for you, lets get
