Guest guest
Hi Terri. I just made the Almond Butter Bread from the grain-free Gourmet book, pg.132. It rises nicely and slices well. My son Lucas used to eat brown rice bread and has not had any bread for about 3 months. I was so excited to see him gobble it down with pumpkin seed butter and almond butter. I believe pumpkin seed butter is legal? Hope this helps.
