Powdered goat's milk that has no extra ingredients is legal to use to

make yogurt as long as you reconstitute it according to directions

(ie. don't add extra milk powder, else you'll have extra lactose that

may not be fermented after 24 hrs)

I don't recall legal canned milk. What are the ingredients?
