Hi Darren-

Neutrogena also makes an acne face product w/ 2% salicylic acid, which may

be a better choice. But please do a patch test first! I do not have

problems w/ sal. acid on my face, & in fact I believe that some rosacea

treatment formulas contain it (such as Purple Emu A/R creme). But I don't

know how strong a concentration it is. Also - as you may have seen from

other posts, some people can't tolerate sal. acid, & it would suck if you

put your whole face through something that was avoidable!

Take care!

Hi ,

the " buff puff " . I was curious if you know if it's alright to put Neutrogena

body lotion on ones face. Is that okay to use or is that going to be too

harsh on the skin? So does the Neutrogena lotion help in the exfoliation

process of the skin too. I am going to go buy some today, I'll let you know

how it works for me.

Hello everyone,

I have Keratosis Pilaris faceii rubra and have been dealing

with it for a long time. I am now using a scrub brush(just on my

legs) and Lac Hydrin 12% on my face and legs and have seen some

improvement. I am also on a low dosage of accutane, but I don't feel

like it has helped too much with the KP. I'm really wanted to get my

cheeks smooth, but it almost seems impossible. Does anyone think just

using Lac Hydrin 12% on my cheeks will help unclog the hair

folicules? I'm looking into having Pulse Dye laser treatments in the

future, or possible Photoderm again. I'm not sure if they will help

with the hair folicules though. I have a prescription for Retin-A,

but I would like to not use it because it makes ones skin more

sentive to the sun. If anyone could give me some advice it would be

well appreciated.

Thanks
