Hi,

Can't answer your question about the intro diet, we had to work our

way through that similar situation with Cameron (4 yrs old in May),

but a fantastic thing about taking his supplements happened that I

never expected... He has to take about 15 capsules a day (of various

supps) and our DAN! just told us to show him how to swallow a capsule

like an adult. He DID and still does, esp. since he gets to chase

those capsules with diluted Welch's grape juice - something he hasn't

laid eyes on for almost a year while GFCFSF.

Give it a try - he may surprise you...

ps - and Cameron's also a major gagger with certain foods/textures/smells.
