could it have been under a different screen name. or email addy? I have

it was a few days ago i think. i took the disk to work and

openedit to print it on a really good printer and it was not

there. i must have lost it on the download. come to think of it,

it may not have been you. i have your e-mail address written on

my note pad, but you may not have sent one. i'm about crazy

trying to get all this together and keep my regular work

straight too. if you have time one day, let me know how you feel

about this procedure and dr. rutledge. i'm trying to get some

contacts, but its not that easy when you are swamped with work.
