Guest guest
Sara, I'm new at this also, but I do believe you need to send your packet into Dr. Rutledge. I think he has to have some time to approve your packet. If he has already approved, then when your insurance comes through you are ready for a surgery date. Won't that be a wonderful day? when to send packet > I did my patient info form, and Dr. R's letter is at the insurance company > (whether they admit it or not!) Guest guest
Whatever you do stay on your insurance company. It had been a month since I sent in my appeal. I called today and they tried to tell me they didn't get it. They finally confirmed that they have it after I told them I had a receipt where they had signed for it. They promised me an answer by Tuesday. Maybe it will come soon for us.
