,

According to Dr.R the titanium staples in the new tummy are healed

over by the body within 5-7 days after surgery. I think you should e-mail

Dr. R....Debbie said he will be checking his e-mails while out of town. Take

it easy..... and listen to your tummy. Have you tried any watermelon with

salt....Dr. R told me the fatigue is from not enough salt.

The blood issue should be addressed by Dr.R......it's probably something he

would like to know about. Eat lots of yogurt because it coats the tummy and

don't forget the Tums....

try the berry flavored ones, they really taste good. Each day things get a

little better....as Rexanne reminded me the other day....I have been through

major surgery, I've been off my hormones and thyroid meds and I am now

stimulant free..no cokes or tea. It's ok to feel a little yucky.... One of

the first things I tried and it helped me is Better Cheddar Crackers.

For some reason mashed potatoes hurt like hell the first time I tried them.

Oddly enough

when you are ready try Kraft Easy-Mac. It comes in a box of 6 and you

prepare it in the microwave. I find it really is easy on the tummy. Call me

if you want to talk.817/577-0919.

Love,

Genz
