Guest guest
this is still an open question. I have not found the ideal sunblock. I would like to try the linda sy product, but have not, though would be open to free samples, if they were available. I tried vanicream spf 15, and it broke me out only if I did not wash it off before the sun set. if I got lax and left it on, bad times.. The most elegent formulations, though not the most effective for rosacea are those which are chemical sunscreens, which one is not sensitive to. Finding one is elusive. There is only on UVA chemical sunscreen, parsol, and this usually photodegrades. So, perhaps the best thing is on of those with say about 5% zinc oxide mixed with some chemical sunscreens which you are not sensative to. However, I recommend the ideal sunblock. Stay out of the sun, totally. Really, it's not all that bad. Tint your car windows, use the a/c. Put light blocking blinds in your house. Excercise inside a gym, all the running outdoors is overratted, and it doesn't do anything for muscle mass, anways. Go out at night for fun. Besides, all parties are at night, and parties are fun -- of course this is once one has cleared their skin, then parties are fun. > > > > > > > > > I should add that I find Dr. Sy's ZincO Cream the > > > > easiest sunblock > > > > > to work with.
