Switching Houston enzymes

I have a jar of the loose powder cellulose filler Peptizyde and one of the

Zyme Prime. When I originally purchased these I thought the rice bran

filler was SCD illegal b/c of the way it looks at the Houston site. We

gradually built up with these two enzymes to full strength and things were

going along pretty well. My DS3 celiac's distended abdomen was going down a

bit. My DS8 had a slight Dermatitis Herpetiformis flare from the Zyme, but

that died down once Peptizyde was added.

Now that we're getting low, I ordered more enzymes. Some are on backorder.

We got the Zyme capsules with cellulose filler and the Pep capsules with

rice bran filler. I switched directly over from the loose powder and my DS8

has been having a massive flare of DH spots. I've been having heartburn. My

DS3 is allergic to kiwi, so he's only been having the Zyme (waiting for the

AFP-Pep to arrive) and his belly has become larger again and he complains of

a stomachache after each meal. (He's never had any of the Pep, just Zyme

the whole time).

Has anyone else had problems switching out the enzymes like this? Is it

just temporary, like some kind of die off (though these don't seem like die

off symptoms) or are we having problems with the capsule form? We're

opening the capsules and mixing the powder in with food or juice just like

we were doing with the loose powder form.

This is really frustrating because I felt like we were on the right track

and now things are not going well. :-(
