Susie! Thanks for this great sounding recipe. I am going to try it as I am

concerned that I am not getting enough protein. The dry milk is a great idea

to try.

Dear Gang,

I won't have my surgery for a few more weeks but I am contemplating the

smoothie dilema, so I have an idea that might work. Years ago on weight

watchers, I would make a malted as follows:1 cup of non-fat dry carnation

powdered milk, 2 cups water, 6 unsweetened frozen strawberries or

blueberries fozen or a frozen bananna, a drop of vanilla and five

icecubes and 3 sweet n low or how many appeals to you/ Blend all

it's wonderful somone let me know if this seems like a good way o get our

protein in? Luv, Susie G
