Guest guest
No one mentioned this when we bought our glass top stove 5 years ago. I have been using cast iron on it daily since then. Luckily, no problems! Patty T Not with the stove I have now but the one that I used to have it caughtioned against using cast iron pans on the glass top. It said that they could cause the top to break. Maybe the newer ones are better. Sandy M.
Guest guest
No one mentioned it when we bought ours either. It was in the manual that I read about it. I also posted some time ago on another board and someone there also brought up the fact that this can happen. I have been considering calling the company that made ours and ask if it is still relivant to our stove as it wasn't in its manual.
