program evaluation and educational models

Hello to all,

I am looking for information on the effectiveness of latino/hispanic

outreach programs. Can anyone refer me to outreach programs in this

or other fields that have proven effective and that would serve as a

good model for program development? I would like to be able to cite

some literature or talk to someone with information/data on outcomes.

Also, does anyone know of any educational models that one could use

in targeting hispanic immigrants and work?
