Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 11 minutes or until apples are tender and can be chopped into small pieces with a spoon. Add 1/4 cup or amount of honey to your taste if desired. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Stir and serve warm or cold as chunky sauce, or strain through food mill or colander or blend with hand blender. Carol F.
