I was using S. Boulardii. After the constipation for 3 wks he had

diahrea for three days when I was starting the diet and giving the

probiotic. On Monday (the day of his bad reaction) he had his first

normal formed stool, then on tues another perfect stool, wed he

didn't go and this morning he went an it was looser. I stopped

giving the probiotic on monday. I'm not using any right now. I

just ordered a probiotic from Kirkman the lactobacillus acidophilus

caps which are listed as legal. I was planning to start those as

soon as I get them.

Hi ,

S. boulardii is a legal culture to use - you have to check

individual ingredients to see if the fillers are okay.

It sounds as if the odour is likely from die off. Let me know if it

doesn't fade or go away soon.
