Hi Matija

Thank you for going into the " way back machine " to get us the Sy

suggested anti-flushing regime - your time is appreciated.

I have written it all down and will now go to my chemist (his best customer)

to see about getting it all OTC. Hope its available here in England as

sometimes things are recommended from our America chums and I can't find

them anywhere here.

One little question (don't know why I expect you to know everything!!! - but

you do seem to be very well informed on a lot).

Will any of these OTC preparations irritate a possible leaky gut?

I know it says to take baby aspirin and then counteract any gastric

irritating effect with a " tums " - do you think this is O.K? I don't know

that I have leaky gut syndrome for sure but I am suspecting that I have -

need to research more into it and see about getting myself checked out

(LORD, NOT MORE MONEY!!)

Also, did you try this regime? and did you get a result with the flushing?

Yes, I have used this regime for about three years and it has helped

reduce flushing and edema. It hasn't taken it away entirely, but it

has made a dramatic difference in my day-to-day symptoms.

I don't know about leaky gut. Some people believe in it and some

don't. I know there are websites that describe it, but I haven't seen

the medical community talk about it at all. If I'm wrong, please

correct me. I tend to have stomach problems as it is, so I like to

hear if physicians/medical community think it's a viable syndrome.

Take care,

Matija
