Guest guest
That would definitely be an interesting way to treat cea.. Lipase may contribute to it.. Demodex may contribute to it, and this would help get rid of both of them. What I couldn't tell from the website though, is does Semodex use some of the same chemicals in it that Nioxin does? If my memory is functioning correctly today, I believe Nioxin shampoo is what Dr. Nase would always use to induce a flush on his face before photoderm treatments because it has a high concentration of topical niacin in it. Also on a side note for anyone interested after reading that, I don't think they're going to find that Semodex is going to work for people with thinning hair. People's hair thins as they grow older, and Demodex mites increase on the skin as you grow older, so showing that people with thinning hair have increased numbers of Demodex mites doesn't really prove anything (I dont think). The only way that study would have carried any weight (at least in my mind) is if they further proved the link by showing that a product that eliminates demodex from the scalp showed clinical effectiveness in preventing hairloss Adam New Nioxin product - Semodex > This links to interesting advertisement from Nioxin, a hair product > company that does extensive hair-loss research. They recently (I > think recently) created Semodex, which is supposed to rid the scalp > of the lipase secreted by demodex, recently implicated as a possible > contributor to rosacea blemishes by the NRS study I just emailed. > Has anyone tried using this on the face?
