Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!! That is something to be proud of. What a

great and healthy change. IM looking forward to the weight being gone like

you. All my comorbs are gone and IM only 19 days post-op.

Do you think we should see an Internist? I've been pondering that since

the surgery. My PCP says no but I figure that's his specialty.

Love,

from Fla

Hi na,

I just want to congratulate you again on the 6 month check-up.

What awesome progress you have made!! I wrote to you privately yesterday but

I forgot to mention that the next 20 pounds will probably mean a great big

jump in sizes. I only stayed in 16's for 4-6 weeks. After hit 185 the pounds

came off slowly but for every 10 pounds I dropped a couple sizes. At 175 I

was in 14's and now at 165 I'm almost exclusively in 12's. You will really

recognize the difference when you start getting down towards your goal. I can

FEEL the difference 5 or 10 pounds make now as much as I could 30 or 40 six

months ago. I hope that makes sense.

Love to you!!

Hope to see you again soon!!

Maybe on the cruise!!
