Guest guest
Last November my derm prescribed Cleocin-T and doxycycline to treat my not-very-serious-by-list-standards rosacea. The results haven't been perfect, but I'm willing to put up with them. I continue to be worried about occular symptoms my doc hasn't diagnosed and whether I should be taking antibiotics all the time. ly, I'm getting married in September and I'm not inclined to muck with my skin until after the wedding! However, vanity does win out -- I think the Cleocin may be making my face oily (it's a known side effect). I've NEVER had oily skin in the past, but I'm finding it to be a real problem now. Here's the question: Is it worth just applying the stuff once a day (not twice) and seeing if that solves the problem? Or should I be trotting back to my doctor to be considering other topicals?
