Honey dates and posicle ?s

Hi I purchased honey dates(it says only honey dates) from Iran ,the

name PARNOOSH-legal or illegal? I know the book said california dates

only. Number two beleive it or not never made popsicles do you half

juice half water? any popular juices used, I am thinking of making it

To make popsicle, you can just half juice/half water or you can also

use pureed fruit (cooked if needed). Then you can use tiny paper cups

or you can get popsicle molds. You just put the liquid in and stick

them in the freezer until they are solid. Usually at least 3 hours.
