Guest guest
Hi Jen! I forgot to explain this in my " schpeal " that I am sending you . . . my oldest, Margeaux, is on the spectrum with ADD. My other two, and Elle, are not officially on the spectrum simply because they are too young to diagnose. It would not surprise me in the least to learn that is on the spectrum because (although improving immensely since being on SCD) he has some weird quirks about him, especially verbally. The magnitude of Elle's situation has yet to unfold. Our hope and expectation (as well as Dr. Megson's) is that since we are addressing her issues now, she will be neurotypical. However, Dr. Megson told us that due to her severely compromised digestive and immune system, had we vaccinated her, she would have been -- and I quote -- " profoundly autistic. " That quote still takes my breath away. Anyway, I forgot to specify my kids' spectrum issues in my blurb to you. Good luck with your presentation!
