Yes you can mix in the protein powder and your creatine, whatever else sounds

tasty to you. Flavorings of any kind? Anyway that is what I did.

I have tryed smoothies and they are so disgusting!!! They seem ok

until I add the whey & creatine powder then I can't drink them. I to

would love a way to get that stuff down without gagging!!! I tryed

all different kind os things I guess I need a recipe not just a

splash of this and little of that. Let me know if you find one that

is good. Marie

Hi Susie,

This recipe equates to about 8-12 servings post-op. ha..ha. It sounds

interesting but I haven't tried any smoothies yet. There are some post-ops out

there

that love smoothies, I just haven't gotten up the nerve yet to try one. Your

dance

is really getting close...I'm praying for you girl!!!!
