Guest guest
Meal planning can be time consuming. I used to write menus for Weight Watchers in the late 1960's and we didn't have computers. I would use index cards and write out seven cards with breakfasts, do the same for lunches and dinners an draw from each stack to get one week of meals. It turned out to be nicely balanced because in those days, if anyone remembers, the diet required five fish meals, no more than three with red meat and one with liver. This does not apply to SCD and is intended as an example of a shortcut to planning one week of meals. Carol F. Guest guest
My husband has desiged a website to help with meal planning. It is completely free. It will print out a grocery list for you. It is www.planyourmeals.com There are some recipes on there than are gluten, milk, egg free. I have recently put in some of the SCD foods. I hope he will have a separate recipe file for those specific meals soon. Isaac(3) constipation, yeast,SCD 3 weeks > > Meal planning can be time consuming.
