I do a few raw juices in it (have been SCD 6 years) but I love it for instant ice cream or sherbet. I feeed chunks of frozen fruit pieces and out comes a puree that can have honey added or be combined with yogurt. I make a combination of dates and pecans in it and roll them into truffle balls and dredge in coconut or use plain. I can make nut butter in it or puree chicken to make nuggets. If I had the choice to buy it again I would not. I got a food processor after the juicer and get more SCD use from that machine. Carol F. Guest guest
Patty, Do you know anyone who has a juicer? If you do, I'd ask to borrow if for a day or two. Juice some veggies for her and see how it goes. It she does well, then I'd go ahead and get one. If not, well, then you saved $99.
