Guest guest
Hi Adam--Photoderm will cause a short to mid term severe increase in photosensitivity. They tell you to stay out of the sun for 6 weeks, but it is my belief the sensitivity lasts longer than that. How far apart are your treatments? If they are only 3-6 weeks apart, I would expect this the entire time you are in treatment. I have had some treatments as far apart as 8 weeks and have noted that my photosensitivity greatly diminishes by the 8th week and I will expect an even greater decrease as time goes by. I have completed my first course (last one about 5 weeks ago) and am interested to see how my skin fares over the summer. > I've been on antibiotics for several years, and Minocycline for > about a year.
