I just got back from Whole Foods, and they did not have dry curd...

Where can I get this? I also found safflower oil, but it said,

expressed, or somthing to that effect. I'm assuming this means that

it IS refined, and therefore, illegal, correct?

Thanks,

I get my dccc in my local grocery store near the eggs. It's

Friendship Farmer's Cheese and is SCD legal.

The Safflower oil is legal. Many legal oils are pressed.

Which Whole Foods did you go to? Ask again for pressed cottage cheese. They may

know

it under that name. What city are you in? You can contact their head office.

Some of the Jewish appetizer stores carry dry curd cottage cheese. A popular

brand in the

U.S. is " Friendship. "

,

You don't need the DCCC to do SCD. It is fine if you want to use it,

but it is not required. We started SCD over 3 years ago and I've

never even seen it. To my knowledge no one where I live carries it.

You can use dripped yogurt in recipes to replace it.
