Guest guest
I just got back from Whole Foods, and they did not have dry curd... Where can I get this? I also found safflower oil, but it said, expressed, or somthing to that effect. I'm assuming this means that it IS refined, and therefore, illegal, correct? Thanks, ______________________ V. Guest guest
, You don't need the DCCC to do SCD. It is fine if you want to use it, but it is not required. We started SCD over 3 years ago and I've never even seen it. To my knowledge no one where I live carries it. You can use dripped yogurt in recipes to replace it.
