Dry Curd: Where to find it?

I just got back from Whole Foods, and they did not have dry curd...

Where can I get this? I also found safflower oil, but it said,

expressed, or somthing to that effect. I'm assuming this means that

it IS refined, and therefore, illegal, correct?

It is legal. Expressed just means the oil is removed under pressure.
