I have found recently that in many supplements the company will choose

to leave out the fact that their products are not GMO-free. For instance:

the NOW brand says it is corn-free as well as free of other things but, when

I found this out they said that the base was made from a human made corn. A

'genetically engineered " corn. I was blown away. Bronson Labs carry a

GMO-free sodium ascorbate© which is the absolute best as far as pure goes.

Yes, nut yogurt can still cause die off especially if you haven't been

using any form of probiotic (capsules, powders or fermeted foods)
