These are good honest questions. There are so many different methods

of contraception out there (I work for Planned Parenthood). There

are patches that you don't have to think about, shots that you get

every 3 months, etc. I would talk to your obstetrican or go to a

local Planned Parenthood (you can get numbers at www.ppfa.org).

Personally, we use condoms--I don't want to go back on the pill

either.

I personally was on the depo shot and it worked great for me. There is the

side affect of weight gain or the inability to lose unwanted weight and some

hair loss, but other than that, you get it once everythree months and that's

it.
