Guest guest
Anyone with twins has to have a sense of humor! I have twin girls 19 mos old. Christmas this year is so much fun. They love the tree with all the lights. We went to a parade yesterday and it didn't take them long to realize that if they waved people threw candy. It was bouncing off their cute little heads and they were in heaven! waved at everyone we passed on the way back to the car. Christmas is so much fun when they are so small and in awe of everything around them. I can't wait for Santa! Re: Mammograms-- not CF related > , > > You crack me up! Guest guest
This is so funny. Mammograms-- not CF related Here is something my sister sent me....thought I'd pass it along. Many women are afraid of their first mammogram, but there is no need to worry. By taking a few minutes each day for a week preceding the exam and doing the following exercises, you will be totally prepared for the test. And best of all, you can do these simple exercises right in your home. EXERCISE ONE: Open your refrigerator door and insert one breast in door. Shut as hard as possible and lean on the door for good measure. Hold that position for five seconds. Repeat again in case the first time wasn't effective enough. EXERCISE TWO: Visit your garage at 3AM when the temperature of the cement floor is just perfect. Take off all your clothes and lie comfortably on the floor with one breast wedged under the rear tire of the car. Ask a friend to slowly back the car up until your breast is sufficiently flattened and chilled. Turn over and repeat with the other breast. EXERCISE THREE: Freeze two metal bookends over night. Strip to the waist. Invite a stranger into the room. Press the bookends against one of your breasts. Smash the bookends together as hard as you can. Set up an appointment with the stranger to meet next year and do it again YOU ARE NOW TOTALLY PREPARED! AND just a thought for all the women out there MENtal illness, MENstrual cramps, MENtal breakdown, MENopause... Ever notice how all of women's problems start with men? And when we have real trouble, it's HISterectomy!!!

Guest guest
, Yep, if you didn't have a sense of humor before having twins, they're sure to get your funny bone jump started! It is exciting once the little ones start learning about Christmas. Mick and Alli didn't quite get it last year, even though they were close to two. I'm hoping that this year the magic of the season will really hit them. I've been talking about Santa Claus lately and showing them his picture and talking about how he gives good girls and boys toys under the tree, but all they want to hear about is Barney and Teletubbies! So guess what they'll be getting for Christmas. LOL I think the concept of Jesus and his birthday may be a bit over their heads yet. Have a joyful Christmas! hugs, C Mommy to Mick and Alli, 2.75 yo twins wcf --- DIANA DECELL ddecell@...> wrote: > Anyone with twins has to have a sense of humor! I > have twin girls 19 mos > old. Please I hope all will report on the morning afters on all the lists too.... LOVE & HUGS, grandmomBEV Re: Mammograms-- not CF related , Yep, if you didn't have a sense of humor before having twins, they're sure to get your funny bone jump started!
