Cracks at the edge of the lips/mouth sores are generally signs of B2

Anohter Beautiful Sunrise for KiKi and for all of us,

plus questions.

Hi all,

Antoher Beautiful Sunrise this morning...today marks three weeks for

our entire family on the SCDIET....KiKi (22 months old) came down

from her bed on her own this morning!!!!!...she ususaly awakens

crying and discontent and I have to go get her and bring her down

(after hearing her cry on the monitor)....this morning I didn't even

know she had awaken...and the next thing I know she is walking into

the kitchen...surprising us all! Like a TRUE TODDLER!!! that is

going to be two years old soon....SHE LOOKED SO MUCH OLDER TODAY!

The little baby that was " stuck " inside...is now able to mature...in

just three short weeks after starting the SCDIET! WOW, it brings

tears to my eyes...her sister five months younger...up until now was

acting " older " and more develped than her.....Yesturday KiKi she had

horrible die off...we are seeing the benifits today???

Are sores on the sides of the mouth and craking lips (near the

cracks of the mouth) as sign of die off...to muuch enzymes, or

vitamin defeciency? KiKI has them, so do I and my son. I know for

a fact that this is not just dry lips too.

We are going to educate ourselves more about enzymes...but I know

that vitamin B defeciencies can cause sores in/on the mouth

also...what do you think is going on here?????

Could be a sign of die off. I had some extreme skin eruptions when I

started the diet. It got worse before it got better for me. Started

about 2-3 weeks into the diet. It improved dramatically after about

10 days.
