I am really wanting to get the most out of scd. I know we are only

just starting our 4th week of it and there is a lot more healing to

come. I am just really wanting to help my dd grow up with as normal a

life as possible.

Anyhow. I'm reading, and reading about enzymes. I'm wanting to take

them myself and give them to dd. I have seen so much improvement with

this diet. It is just amazing to me and yet she (and I) keeps having

reactions to things. Sometimes I know what and sometimes I am at a

loss. I want to give her the help she needs to cope with these foods

so that she will be able to digest them.

I currently am using the Digest Gold. I usually take one capsule

before meals and give 1/3 to 1/2 a capsul to dd at most meals. It is

hit or miss if she will actually eat the food I put it on. Is this

enough? It doesn't seem to be making any difference for us (she is 2

years old and 27 lbs) Does she need more? Do I? She still nurses

12+ times a day. Will she be getting some from me? Can she over dose

on this stuff?

I'm also taking the candidia and virostop. Usually 2x a day cause it

has to be on an empty stomach and that is when I remember. Should I

be doing this more? Is more at once better if I can't get in more

intervals? Should I be trying to get this into dd as well? She has

candidia overgrowth as well.

Thanks for any ideas.

Patty
