Help Jody!

I have been on fitday.com for hours! I am trying to lay out a menu

that would ensure that my kids are getting a correct percentage of

carbs. What is an adequate percentage? I am having difficulty

getting 50% carbs without dishing out lots of fruit. I don't want to

be fruit-heavy due to yeast-feeding. Which vegetables carry heavy

carbs? Green beans and spinach seem to do little in this category.

Squash is the only one I have found to be significant.

P.S. In general, we are still cooking, deseeding, and pureeing due to

3 month regression.

Simple carbs are simple carbs, regardless of their source based on

Elaine's work.

A simple carb from a pear or a simple carb from a squash.

Avocados, apples, grape juice, bananas, butternut squash are all high

in carbs.

It does take a lot of fruits and veggies to get enough carbs. That's

why I so highly recommend using something like fitday.com.
