it has been a while since i participated in this one list but i decided to

sign back up and report my status to everyone for encouragement and maybe

help some people make some decisions. my surgery was march the 8th. i am

currently three and a half months post op. i have lost as of yesterday 77

pounds. i have went from a

size 32 to almost a 22. i began my journey at exactly 320 pounds and am now

at 243. i was actually shocked when i weighed yesterday and was 243. i dont

have a lot of energy yet but my body is still adjusting to the lowered

amount of vitamins and minerals is is taking in and absorbing. if anyone has

any questions if i can help i will be glad to answer. you can reply to this

posting or private email me at lauddyback@....

this is the best thing you will ever do for yourself. im almost ready to

dump that verbally abusive husband of mine. now that he sees me getting so

much smaller, hes saying things like, remember i stayed with you when you

were big. guess what i dont even want to hear that crap now. its too

late!!!!!
