Guest guest
Hello everyone, Thanks for everyone's input on this. My husband and I have decided to continue with the diet. Some have asked why they thought I felt it was not good to eat meat everyday. My answer to that is I've read that it's not good for the liver. My son eats about a pound of ground beef or turkey a day. I know I feel sluggish when I consume a lot of meat. Many suggested that my son has phenol issues. I've used no-phenol and phenol assist. The red cheeks I noticed occurs when my son eats foods high in oxalates. When I gave my son veges that were high in phenol and low in oxalates and I purposedly did not use " no-phenol " , my son did not have the bright red cheeks and ears. It was consistent. So we are trying to give him more fruits and vegetables. Just when I was ready to give up, this weekend he fianlly ate my pear sauce, and the vegetables (not pureed). Again thank you all for your encouragement and support. Marie
