I am having a really difficult time with insomnia. I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping for the past 6mths. I have tried hypnosis, bowen therapy, relaxation tapes, hot baths, lots of exercise, reading, staying up late and so on. I am not particularly worried or stressed about anything. My rosacea is great (despite the lack of sleep) and life in general is great (except for the lack of sleep). I seem to have gotten myself into so horrid sleep patter and now either cannot fall asleep or keep waking every couple of hours during the night. Any ideas?
