I'm not laughing! I'd wondered the same thing. I occasionally get a

little swollen, puffy patch on my cheek, kind of like swelling under

the eyes when you wake up. I'd wondered the exact same thing, since I

know models use it to reduce under eye puffiness. Also, some of these

contain pramoxine which is an itch reliever, and could also help.

I am not laughing - Preparation H seems to have multiple uses. I cannot not

mention that greyhound people use it with great success on the greyhounds'

butts which are typically bald. It induces the hair growth - I don't have

any further details, haven't tried it myself, but this was reported so many

times that I have no reason to doubt it.
