Guest guest
Rosemary, I am sorry to hear that you are down. It's a hard time of year, so little time, so much to do, to many calories lurking by, calling to you, just begging to be eaten (this could just be me of course) and way, way to much stress. Of course, then you add on what you normally deal with everyday ... what fun! From your various emails, it doesn't sound like the situation with your husband is getting any easier. I'm sorry to hear this. I found your comment about being tired of worrying and worrying about being tired interesting. I have often wondered how tired other people with children with CF are. There always seems like there is so much to do and I never have enough time. As a result, I average around six hours of sleep a night and unfortunately both my husband and I are of the type that needs a minimum of 8 to feel like we are functioning normally. We both nod off constantly while we are reading to the girls and if I sit or lay down for even a little while, I can fall asleep almost immediately. Yet at night, I can never fall asleep. I lay awake thinking of everything that still needs done and planning what I need to get done tomorrow (bad habit almost impossible to break). I am always worrying about how tired both my husband and I are. I am actually sick today. I seem to have picked up a virus of some sort (at least this is what I am hoping). I was up practically all night because my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't sleep. It makes me wonder what Emma's stomach feels like on a daily basis and how she ever gets any sleep. I am just hoping the girls don't catch it. Anyway, I hope you were able to get your christmas shopping done and that both Dylan and feel better for Christmas. Sorry to hear they both have problems at the moment. - mom to Emma 2 years old w/cf and Isabelle 4 years old wo/cf ________________________________________________________________ Sign Up for Juno Platinum Internet Access Today Only $9.95 per month!
