well I submitted my packet on the 15th and now I have yo wait for a

surgery date. Has anyone out there been scheduled after July 9th even

though Doc is on vacation? I know they are evaluating packets. I

hope they are scheduling too. My time is free and my money is in the

bank. God, I hate to wait when I am ready. can anyone relate?
