Making apple juice, Golden Delicious apples

I have heard for a long time that Golden Delicious apples do not feed

yeast. Reportedly, they do not contain the Arabinose (a yeast feeder)

that other types of apples do. I was told this was an SCD dietary rule.

Is this the case?

Also, is there a legal apple juice? If I wanted to make apple juice,

does anyone know how would I go about it? Pear juice?
