Guest guest
Thanks for replying Jody. I have some (alot of) questions. Did your son try 3 times the recommended dose of Singulair or just the regular dose? You say he did poorly. Did he have an adverse reaction or it just didn't do anything? Do you know if the tablets are SCD legal? I would be suprised. Can you get it compounded? I called our DAN! and the secertary (who is so incredibly helpful!) said that they've never prescribed Gastrocrom and she's never heard of it. She look it up in a book of prescriptions and couldn't find it. Could you give me a little more info...who makes it, where I can get it, how much does it cost if it is not a prescription medication? Also (sorry, one more), I think you mentioned Quercetin in another post about allergies. What is this? Thank you so much. We are pretty confident that solving this food sensitivity issue will result in him finally gaining weight, so I need to do my reseach. Our case may be unique, but my younger son did very poorly with Singulair. Gastrocrom is a mast cell inhibitor and it's taken before each meal to prevent histamine from being produced.
