Guest guest
Dear Lara, I hear your desperation and I feel terrible for you as does everyone. We are are all in this together. I don't know why Dr R has his weight guidelines as he does but we have to believe its for our own saftey. Perhaps if you spoke to him personally he would reconsider. I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting him so I can't say. Flo 's answer to you was not wrong. I know that if we did have more control in our lives we would have started dieting yesterday. There are other doctors and other options so don't think your life is over. I have done a fair amount of research and I do feel that Dr R is the best around. His procedure is the least invasive and his results are the greatest. However, there are Dr's who perform the openRNY or do other procedures that could work for you as well. Try to start eating healthier today so atleast the fear of death would take a back seat. Make believe you have already had the surgery and start eating 1/2 the amount. That's what Iam trying to do as I wait for the opportunity to have my chance. My weight is in the ok range but my desperation is as bad as yours. Begin your paper work and start the proccess which takes alot of time anyway and try to get into the safe weight zone, It maybe that it will all come together at the right time. I wish you good health and my best wishes. Have tunnel vision and it WILL happen for you .............. Sincerely, Susie G ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Juno now offers FREE Internet Access! Try it today - there's no risk!
