Terry,

no, it's not based wholly on stuff I've read, just that I

know how hard it is to diagnose both and that there was a

brief mention in one article about the possibility of

misdiagnosis. My brain immediately cataloged that as highly

possible considering how hard both are to diagnose with such

similar symptoms and that could be why it's so hard to catch

pancreatic cancer in the early stages. Which article, I

can't remember. I have three binders (2 inch, 3 inch and 4

inch full of info on pancreatitis, plus a book, which I've

gave you quotes from in an earlier email). That's a lot of

data and I haven't even had a chance to read them all. Plus

I have a huge file of the things to " check out and look at "

that I haven't had a chance to do. Me and another person in

the group are trying to find a way to make all of this

information available to everyone in the group, but it will

most likely take a long time to do it. Some I have website

addresses for and just need to create a list of them. Others

are things that have passed through the support group by

Mark or others who have done private research on things.

Lately, I've been spending time cleaning house because my

mom has an appraiser to look at it coming next week and you

know how hard it is for any of us to do prolonged exercise

and this place needs a lot of work.
