Guest guest
Can I just give my son the GI ProHealth yogurt starter culture as part of his supplements? Due to his anaphylaxis reactions to all dairy and tree nuts, (peanuts too), I don't see me making yogurt any time soon for him. I would like to give him more than just acidophilos, which he is getting. Thanks, Elijah, 3, ASD, leaky-gut a, 2 this month SCD over 3 months --------------------------------- Yahoo! Recipe for sauerkraut and pickled ginger (use yogurt starter in these recipes, not Kefir grains, to ferment) at http://www.healingcrow.com/ferfun/ferfun.html Even if not ready for the cabbage or ginger they can drink off some of the fluid which will have lots of good bacteria.
