Guest guest
How do you know which ones of the single seasoning/herb are safe/legal? I just got my 'Grain Free Gourmet' book and she lists ginger as non legal and that you need to by fresh. How long will ginger keep? I don't use that much and it would be expensive if I needed to by a piece of fresh everytime I wanted to use a little. I am feeling a little frazzled with all of this. Is there a list somewhere that I am missing? Sandy M.
Guest guest
The website breakingtheviciouscycle.info has a list of legal/illegial ingredients. The list is actually so long that it is broken up into 4 listings (like A-C, D-F, etc.). (You can freeze ginger but it would be much more convenient to just use the powdered ginger!)
