Otherwise of course they do NOT work. Talking about the sponge.....ewww I hated those. Off topic (men close your eyes) have u seen the advertisements for the device you can use while on your monthy? It sounds similiar to a sponge. They say you can have sex while its in and can not tell...ie that it is in or that you are on your monthy.....BUT it is not a birth control device.
