Guest guest
They have the wee one as t Sears, Penny's But for sure, just saw them there, AT TOYS-R-US and at Wal-Mart, K-Mart-& Target. I am sure every kind of toy place , especially those that carry swing sets, bikes, etc will have them. Ask also if they are getting them in for Christmas , if you don't see them. Oh, Spots authority have them. Saw the other day .Even in pretty colors. When I got all mine there's, I brought the girls some in purple. But then other colors too. As they got older & wanted the one BIG one, I got royal Blue .& the boys was Black. Even at Sam's & Cosco they have them with the little mesh fences around them too. Those are neat .they also had the big ones with the fences too. at Sams. Most will have all kinds out daily as they get their holiday stocks in . LOVE & HUGS, grandmomBEV Trampoline for Christmas can someone give me a site or tell what store carries the trampoline with sides that I may buy for my Grand, whom I lovingly call Li'l Bit?....She is two and a half now ....I found an eight foot one in Sears for 299 with sides?.....Is that the one you talk of? .... Guest guest
Carolanne, This isn't the one you are referring too, but I am happy with it. I thought you might like a smaller option. I just bought the mini trampoline by Hedstrom for my daughter. I liked this one because it has a handle for her to hold onto while she jumps. Also, it has no pinch bungee cord springs. The cheapest I could find it was online at bigbrande.com. It was 59.99 plus 12.00 shipping. Colleen, Mommy to Elyse, 22 months w/cf ps. If you go to the site, go to toys and games and then enter " trampoline " as your search. Guest guest
If you don't care if it has the handle bars, we got ours at walmart for $25 dollars. It's meant for adults but both Emma and Isabelle use it all the time and the lack of handles has not been a problem. It's not big enough or high enough off the ground that they would really hurt themselves if they fell which they do all the time. It's definately too small for both of them but I wouldn't want two on anyway. It's meant to be an adult exercise trampoline but they love it. - mom to Emma 2 years w/cf and Isabelle 4 years wo/cf On Sat, 23 Nov 2002 15:41:41 -0600 " M&C Mancilla " mmancil@...> writes: > Carolanne, > This isn't the one you are referring too, but I am happy with it. Because they have done studies on kids with shunts and they have found that they put presser on the shunt when they are jumping and break. was heart broken when her doctor told her that. She asked why and he said you don't want me to shave your head again to replace the shunt do you. She said No. But I am glad he said it to her that way she is really good about doing what he says because she knows he is not fooling around. I told him you know they say that a trampoline is good for CF kids to move the mucus around but because she has hydrocephalus she can't. It's not fair the one fun thing she can do for therapy and she can't do it. Life throws us a lot of curves. Deb A
