If you see a place to sign in, sign in using your full email address

and whatever password you used when you signed up for egroups.

If you don't see a place to sign in, that means when you signed up,

you told egroups to automatically log you in when you go to egroups.

Either way, once you are signed in, click on " my groups. "

You should then see the Mini-gastric bypass list. Under that, you

will see a place to click on to unsubscribe.
