I assume you ruled out gram -, demodex, s. aureus, etc. the answer for you is permanent low dose accutane. you've had 4 courses of full dose, i presume, now it is time for a supressive dose, not a cure dose. also, check for environmental exposure to chloracne causing chemicals. > I am a 43 year old dentist.
